AdvoSync is a tool for keeping track of your own practice. It is not a source of legal authority.
AdvoSync shows you a copy of what a court published, at the time it was fetched. Lists are amended, cases are transferred and boards change on the day. The court's own display board is the record; this app is a reminder.
Where AdvoSync shows the text of an Act, it says where that text came from and when. It is provided for reference. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the official publication.
Appearing on the right date in the right court remains yours. AdvoSync is built to help with that and to be honest when it cannot, but a missed hearing is not something software can be answerable for.
The app works offline by design. Fetching a cause list needs a connection, and courts' own systems are sometimes unavailable. When that happens AdvoSync will tell you rather than show you an old list as though it were current.
AdvoSync Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through your Apple ID. A free trial, where offered, is seven days; the subscription is charged when the trial ends unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before. It renews automatically at the price shown in the app for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID's subscription settings; the app links there from Settings → Subscription. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period already paid for. A subscription bought on one device is the same account's on every device it is signed in to.
An account is an email address and a password, held by Clerk. You can sign out on any device, and you can delete the account and everything in it from inside the app — Settings → Delete account. Work that belongs to a chambers stays with the chambers, as the privacy policy explains.
